PTES Consulting was appointed to conduct a skills audit and team effectiveness exercise at the Competition Commission of SA in the 2022-2023 financial year . This was inclusive of the review and development of a theoretical competency model and also conducting psychometric assessments for the whole organisation (approximately 230 participants). They delivered various reports for the organization, which encompassed different departmental reports and individual reports for those that participated. This was followed with face-to-face and online feedback sessions to employees and management.

PTES Consulting conducted a skill audit project for us (Railway Safety Regulator) earlier this year. The project consisted of the development of a competency framework and model to ensure that RSR achieves its strategic goals. This was followed by an assessment process for the entire organisation that allowed us to conduct a skills audit across the organisation. PTES successfully managed the project conducted over a three month period and provided different departmental reports with recommendations and interventions.
